If you only sent it to one address, then why do the headers say you sent to both? That's something that happens at the user end... not the server. The server simply reads the headers of the mail and does what it's told to do. The headers, in this case, tell the server to send a mail to creedtalk, and a copy to creed-discuss (as below in the "X-MSReally-To:" amd the "To:" lines).
